Hey! It is now the seventh month in the lunar calander haha =) I think most of you will think that the ge tai is something that is irritating and will bug you for the rest of your night at home.
Just yesterday, i walked past the ge tai near my house while on my way back. I wan actually quite surprised by the number of people that are standing around the bottom of the stage just to watch the performance. Even though the whole bunch of them were like blocking the whole path to my home, i was not really bothered by that partly because of the numbers. (If i were to make any soud, who know what would have happened... XD)
The thing that got me thinking was the number of people listening and watching the performance. This made me think about my perception against ge tais. The numbers made me realise that, even though that are people who hate the noise created by the ge tai, there are actually people who enjoy it. (Maybe just the uncles and aunties only, but ya... =X)
Perhaps i should not be so 'biased' against this ge tai thing afterall... haha...
Do you all have any similar irritating experiences..? Maybe changing your view can help you feel better about it =)
